In general, it is possible to start at any time and is equally suitable for beginners and advanced learners.

On Thursday, July 31st , it will be announced whether the courses will take place. Registered participants will be informed accordingly.

Courses subsidized by health insurance companies:
Throughout the year, there are ongoing certified courses (online and face-to-face) that can be subsidized by statutory health insurance companies.
It is possible to join ongoing courses by arrangement.
Note: The online lessons are also of high quality,as I work with individual verbal corrections as usual.

Course fees health insurance:
Trimester : € 215.00 (12 weeks each without vacation) - it can only be made up in the same period (not in the vacation courses)
Course fees without health insurance
4-pack card: € 60,00 (to be used within one calendar month)
Drop In: € 20,00

Hygiene notice
We have now survived the pandemic. Knowing that something like this can always happen again, I would like to take this opportunity to reiterate the recommended hygiene rules.
Even if it is only a recommendation, I trust that it will be handled responsibly. I therefore ask you to stay at home if you have cold symptoms.

* Ventilate before and after each yoga class
* Stay at home if you have flu-like symptoms
* Test yourself if you think it makes sense
* Use the hygiene stations
